At Thread Mosaic, we want every order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on threadmosaic.com, which is operated by Phoenix Mobile LLC.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Handling Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll get your order ready right away. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Business Days & Holidays: We process orders Monday through Friday, Central Time. Please note that we observe major U.S. postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, Fedex to get your order to you safely. The best carrier for your package is selected based on your location and availability, so you always get the most reliable delivery option.
Available Services: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS First-Class Package Service, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Fees
We’ll get started on your order as soon as your payment is confirmed. Most orders to the continental U.S. arrive within 7–13 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it anytime. Please keep in mind that once a package is with the carrier, any delays are unfortunately beyond our control, but we’re always happy to help if you have concerns.

Shipping Cost:
- Standard Shipping costs $6.50 for all orders under $69.00.
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $69.00.
- Express Shipping costs $15.00 flat rate
Important Notes: Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. These time frames are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen after your order ships due to factors like severe weather, carrier disruptions, or busy holiday seasons. These are outside our control. Rest assured, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
4. Order Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away. Once we’ve processed your order, usually within 4–6 business days, we’ll send you a shipping notification with your tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please review your delivery information carefully and contact us if a shipment is significantly delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays & Carrier Issues: While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
